TronMind provides an AI-powered automated trading bot that executes grid trading strategies on the TRON blockchain. The Service:

Operates non-custodially - you retain full control of your wallet and private keys
Executes trades based on AI algorithms and your configured parameters
Charges a fee of 0.1% on profitable trades only
Provides real-time performance tracking and analytics

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
Understand and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service (except as intended)

5. Fees

The Service operates on a profit-sharing model:

Profit Fee: 0.1% of profits generated by the trading bot
No Fee on Losses: No fees are charged when trades result in losses
No Subscription: No monthly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges

Standard TRON network transaction fees apply for all blockchain transactions.

6. Risk Disclosure

WARNING: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss.

You acknowledge and accept that:

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly
Past performance does not guarantee future results
You may lose some or all of your invested capital
Automated trading systems may malfunction or produce unexpected results
Smart contracts and blockchain technology carry inherent risks
The Service does not constitute financial advice

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

Remove or restrict access to any features or functionality

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
